Delivery sms received for 6 days straight and package STILL HASN'T ARRIVED

I have been receiving sms' for 6 days straight saying the package is out for delivery and it never turns up!!

No one replies to mails and the agents just keep putting me back on hold as they answer.

Useless service!!
