Delivery person not an honest person working for Skynet worldwide Express S.A

Package supposably delivered by the Skynet person but it was not delivered at the right address and the right person . The Skynet delivery person did not ask for an id to the person it was supposed to be delivered to , but he stated that it was delivered to the right address and that is ******** to state that he delivered it to the right person and did not confirm the person's identification . This was suppose to be a secure delivery from FNB . When we phoned Skynet SA in Durban the person was not at all help full .
