Delivery package query

I’d like to thank Kirsty who is a team leader or supervisor and as well as Sharozade Smith for assisting me and making sure that my package is delivered today I’ve been calling for the past few days as the system had not been updated and my package was suppose to be delivered on Thursday Kirsty took my number and kept me updated and made sure that someone calls me to apologise for inconvenience I then called again today just to double check that my package will be sent out for delivery and Sharozade Smith was so kind and patient enough to listen to me She even went an extra mile to call management and went to the floor/ware house to see if my package had been dispatched and sent out for delivery and called me back again Both ladies have been amazing and that’s the kind of customer service one would expect Thank you so much Kirsty and Sharozade Smith you’ve been such great help
