Delivery of study materials

I fail to understand why my study materials have not been delivered to me till today 07/10/2020 when it was supposed have been delivered on 02/07/2020.... On Monday 5th of October I was told it will be delivered on tuesday 06/10/2020...that did not happen...I called i was told that they will get information as to what happened ...that also did not happen. Exams are around the corner...n you are play hide n seek ...honestly your customer service is sucks
