Delivery of my parcel

I'm waiting for my parcel since last week, yesterday I received an sms at 07h21 that its out for delivery, to my suprice at 20h00 when I check tracking it says there was no one to accept the parcel whereas we were in the house the whole day we couldn't even move and 2contacts were given, but no phone calls were done, that is my licence disc I'm waiting for , in May sms was sent 07h00 in the morning I received the parcel around 18h00. So I'm so unhappy with their services, how can the driver lie and say there was no one to receive the parcel.There is no respond on the whatup line, I even send email to customer services but no respond, and I can't go through the line. I'm so frustrated as I'm unable to drive my car now.
