Delivery of goods.

I think SKYNET is the worst thing that has ever happened to the human kind after Polio and ******. I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week now. I called the *** to track my parcel and i got the worst treatment from the agents Thulie, Catherine, Sean and their driver Philemon who never answer or deliberately hangs up. Thulie told me point blank that the parcel is with a driver who is not obliged to deliver the parcel there and then but can take up to 3 days before handing the parcel that has been dispatched. The fact that i am leaving the country tomorrow morning and i need those books is my main concern. All of these agents promised to get back to me with feedback and nothing has happened. Please help Peter.....
