Delivery of documents

I renewed my vehicle registration via my capitec bank app on 26 March 2026, up to date 13 April 2026 I am yet to receive my documents. Skynet is absolutely ***********, I'm at home everyday the entire day yet on their app they claim I'm not available. I need my documents ASAP! How in the world could this useless company still be in business?
