Delivery not done

I have my vechile lic disc that needs to be delivered, after the first faild attempt i called the call center and told them to please keep it at the polokwane depo so my driver can pick it up , she said she will arrange, when i wanted to send the driver they call and said , the package is again put for delivery and again it was not. So when i send my driver to depo they have send it back because of faild delivery.

I can't drive without that paper!
