Delivery not being made

I checked my status yesterday and it said consignee not available whereas I have been waiting for my delivery all day yesterday. I called them today at 09:42 am and they told me that my parcel would be delivered before 17:00 ,it's currently 23:14pm and I'm still waiting .the service is bad ,I have been canceling my plans for two days now waiting for a delivery which is not happening
