Delivery Nightmare with Skynet

I recently purchased a pre-owned iPhone Xr online, and the order is currently with Skynet, the courier. The tracking status has shown 'Out for Delivery' since Friday, 28th March. I am getting SMSs every morning stating that my order is out on delivery but the package has yet to arrive. I contacted Skynet customer service for assistance, but the experience was unhelpful. After confirming my address and contact number, the agent asked me to stay on the line, but then abruptly disconnected the call. Since then, I have received no updates or communication from Skynet
