Delivery failed

I got an sms that my package is out on delivery on Saturday 06 July 2024. I was waiting the whole day later I get into the tracking system and apparently delivery failed because I was not available. I called and stayed on the line for 40 minutes finally the person(Nthabiseng) answered and I asked what really happened was my number not going through or what was the problem she confidently said "I'm not sure" the worst service ever!!!! I got promised that my order will be out today but still it is not out I'm so mad coz I need the products, bunch of ****s
