Delivery delay

I have been expecting a delivery from the 14/12/2024 and it has been showing the same status until this morning 17/12/2024 when it said that the item was out for a delivery. I tried calling them x2 trying to get an ETA and there was no answer, later today I received an email saying that the item has been delivered whereas it has not. I tried the WhatsApp chat and was left in the middle of the conversation... I need the item delivered ASAP as it is needed for Christmas
