Delivery

I'm still waiting for my package, since Tuesday. The status on tracking shows that it's delivered. And their call centre number is not working, and their WhatsApp is also not working. Actually all their communication methods are not working. My tracking bill is ***. On Tuesday night it showed that " consignee is not available" then on Wednesday at 12:10 is suddenly delivered but to whom because I didn't get anything?
