delivered to the wrong address and no customer service

my parcel was delivered to the wrong person. queries as to why this was done on the whatsapp line go ignored for 11 days and still no answer there. tried calling. on hold for 7 minutes, they started looking into it, but got hung up on after 11 minutes. no resolution. pathetic customer service
