Delayed delivery, very tardy

Good evening. I ordered my vehicle license via enatis. On 21 December 2023 Skynet sent me an sms that my parcel is out for delivery to look out for the driver.

I waited on the 21st but nothing. The next day I called them only to find out the parcel is still at their warehouse.

They promised to deliver by the 27th of December 2023 at the latest. My license has now expired and I am unable to drive my car.

They have not delivered. I am not sure when I will get my car license. They are very tardy and relaxed. Even made contact with the supervisor but he advised there is nothing he can do.

Please don’t try to use them for your personal stuff. I will also be writing to the RTMC to complain about their service provider!
