Delayed delivery

I'm so dissapointed in Brits skynet.I called several times as my order took longer than expected.I tried calling several times but still no help.The lady will just answer and tell you that she's transferring you to costumer service only to find that there's no such,you'll keep holding until the machine tells you to leave the message.This was my first time using this platform hopefully the last.
