Delayed delivery and unreachable call center

I have been waiting for skynet to deliver my router since friday last week. Yesterday morning I received an sms that skynet cannot get ahold of me which was strange cause no one called me. Today I received a call from Vodacom that Skynet cannot get ahold of me; however, I still have not received any call from Skynet. Please deliver my Router today because i use it for work and I am stranded. My phone has never been off and yesterday i contacted Skynet Whatsapp line and they said they will contact skynet headoffice and comeback to me but no1 has come back to me.
