Delayed delivery

Their customer service is horrible. Spoke to a lady called Samke and she **** blatantly that my order only arrived at the warehouse at a certain date instead of it being delivered at that date. She was impatient and din't want me to tell her what I explained. She then dropped the call after saying she is tranferring me. What a horrible experience. I am so disgusted
