Delayed Delivery!
I am frustrated! I renewed my license disk via natis online and this is the courier company they used. My parcel has been out for delivery since the 4th of March... today they write that delivery will only be by appointment but WHY?! since I've been waiting since Monday? My current license disk has expired and I'm basically at skynets mercy!

07 Mar 2024, 16:13Just want to add that their consultants (Nthabiseng Mokwena) also do not help when talking to them. they just stop responding. literally the worst courier company i've had to experience.
