I have ordered an upgrade through Vodacom, everything was going smoothly until it came to delivery. They use SKYNET which is the WORST courier service ever (just go look at their reviews - they blatantly lie about deliveries, say they tried to deliver but was never at my house or even received a phone call. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY CUSTOMERS IF YOU READ THE SKYNET REVIEWS) It has now been 5 days of me receiving sms's stating delivery failed and NO ONE is reaching out to me. Vodacom said they tried to reach SKynet but just keeps on coming back to me with the same answers of "they tried to deliver" WHICH IS A TOTAL OUTRIGHT LIE. I have cameras we are at home all day as we work from home and not once was there anyone here. So obviously SKYNET says they tried to deliver as a ploy to cover their own ass. Everytime I get any information it is from Vodacom telling me is my numbe right, is my address right, are you at home even though I have now on 5 different days confirmed all this information. I am now left to just write out my frustration on all their review sites as I am out of options and hopefully this will get some action. ALSO I had to contact Vodacom almost everytime, they do not get back to you and SKYNET has ZERO customer support. STAY FAR AWAY FROM VODACOM AND SKYNET. - Well you can use Vodacom just tell them to not send any package with SKYNET - MOST USELESS
