Damaged my Goods

I recently lodged a return with Takealot for a TV worth R7000. Skynet picked up the TV at my address. The TV was wrapped in 20 meters of bubble wrap and then put into a large box. Now when the TV arrived at the Takealot warehouse, the TV was severely damaged. there are 3 large holes in the screen and the whole frame and body is completely damaged. This i saw from the photos Takealot sent me. Now Skynet will not take responsibility for that and they say that the damage was caused be me. And now they just want to return a destroyed TV to me which i payed R6800 for... They are refusing to take responsibility for the damage to the Brand New TV. Can someone in charge please call me regarding this.
