Damaged Goods/Attitude
Skynet was highly recommended to us through another transporter. We arranged for Skynet to collect our drain covers from Escourt Prison KZN. Firstly the collection was late. Secondly their PMB branch collected the drain covers and from there it was sent to DBN. When the goods were delivered to where they needed to be, majority of the goods were broken and nothing was packed as originally packed in PMB. When calling the PTN branch I dealt with Yaseen making him aware of what had happened and he asked me if the package was insured. I said no, but still even if one does not take insurance, it does not give them no right to just pack and break a clients shipment. Then he asked me what do I expect him to do. I told him to leave it and I would like to speak to his supervisor as he started giving me attitude. I am sorry, a client leaves their trust in other company's hands and with or without insurance it should be high priority to still have a great deal of respect for the shipment. I will no recommend Skynet to any of my clients. I run a business of my own and service is high priority for our company. We treat our clients with most respect.
