Customs fees not showing 5 days later

i paid customs fees on the 5th June sent POP to Skynet and till today the status still says unpaid.. i had to pay again for my items to be released and am still waiting for Skynet to respond to my email i've sent since last week.. These two companies are the worst best combo if you want to drive yourself crazy.. all i can say is if you do get a WhatsApp notification from Peach payments then dont use it wait for Synet to harrass you with non-payment before you even pay.. i want my refund and that has already cost me more by being on hold for an hour everyday with Skynet who has the worst customer care...
