Customer Service Sucks

Omw!!! Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic Call Centre staff I don't know how you guys can recruit such *********** call centre agents. Not just one but 4 different agents Thembi, Cedric, Gavin can't even remember the other ones so ****ed off they make me.

I've been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since the 18th November. Last week I took iniative to call and they said that they can't pick up the address but she can see the address and she picks up the address she doesn't know what is happening I'll get an SMS tomorrow to say it's out for delivery. Next day nothing. I called again agent said everything is in order I'll get an SMS the next day okay next day still nothing. I called in again I spoke to Cedric he said that the procedure wasnt followed correctly his gonna escalate the matter to the depo manager. Still waiting. I spoke to Gavin I told him I want to speak to a manager he goes and put me through the prompts again having me wait another 20 mins to speak to someone.

That's not even a cherry on the cake I had the same package ordered for my wife 5 days thereafter she got hers delivered to the same ****** address. You guys are honestly **** when it comes to customer services. I will make it my duty to inform your clients and let them read all the complaints on HelloPeter. Well my issue is still not resolved
