Customer Service does not exist

I entered correct details for a delivery and got an sms promising that I will get a delivery only for them to not call me on the day then note on the system that I was not available when I was. Worse, when I follow up, they literally ignore my query on both the website and live agent chat on Website. If you value being serviced with respect, avoid SkyNet at all costs :-)
