Courier that looses packages
I ordered stuff from Temu. My parcel was given to Skynet for delivery. Firstly they give Temu the incorrect tracking number to put on my app. It has been over a month and still no answer from Skynet regarding my parcel, Everytime I call them, I get told I am not the only one with that problem they have alot of those queries. Does it it not tell you that your internal processes are not working. Now I must just write off over a R 1000 worth of goods that I have paid for because couriers cannot do there jobs.

19 Aug 2026, 15:5914 emails and 38 Phone calls. Still no resolution. Never in my life have a dealt with such *********** people. Never will I ever use Skynet or recommend them to any body to use.
