Courier service wicked and evil

I am currently studying with Milpark and our books are delivered via skynet, In November Skynet delivered my first book, then I called Milpark to enquire as to what is happening, they then told me the other books are still being updated to latest syllabus and they will be delivered. Second week January I called again and they told me the books will be delivered last week of the month. Then on the 24th January 2018 they delivered 1 book and I was told the other book will be delivered. Now when I call Milpark I am being told Skynet gave them feedback that all books were delivered and the last book was signed by Tshepo. My aunt confirmed that she received both the books. I am so angry, hurtfull and disappointed that I now have to fail because of Skynet or pay the second book to can write assignments that are due on 15/03/2018 and also prepare for exam or be prepared to fail and redo the course.
