Continuous non service

I honestly believe that even the one star is pushing it a bit. Absolutely ********** service. Packages take for ever to get delivered, have to keep enquiring about deliveries, that is if there is anyone willing to answer the phone and attempt giving feedback. How its possible to wait for 2 weeks for a parcel I'm not sure and then tracking shows its out for delivery for days on end and apparently they can't reach you or just have no excuse. This is unacceptable! Nevermind bad service, there is just no service
