Consignee was not available

This is now the first time that I have had something being delivered by Skynet, it is also the first time that my delivery is not delivered at all with no communication at all and when I call to find out what's happening then I get told the same thing \Consignee was not available". I work from home all day everyday and my bell was never rung"
