Conflicting information ans slow deivery

According to their tracking tool my parcel arrived at their Vereeniging around 07:00 on Monday morning. On Tuesdsy I called and stayed on the line for 15 minutes without an answer. Today (Wednesday) I called again and the consultant told me the parcel only arrived at their Vereeniging depot on Tuesday afternoon and will be delivered this afternoon. Now who is telling the truth, your app or the consultant?
