Complaint about Sylvesta Bongani Mavuso

I have a complaint about the delivery guy named Sylvester Bongani mavuso who was supposed to deliver my parcel today. The delivery guy did not want to deliver because he says my address is bad address and he called and said he want to deliver my parcel to someone he was delivering to around my area. I refused because i was willing to give her directions and that person he wanted to leave my things at i dont know her. Now he is telling me that i will wait for him when he decides to deliver my things because he has to deliver somewhere and he cant come to me
