Complaint about Skynet

I ordered at SHEIN on the 9th of April, they said my order will my delivered by the 21st or 24th of April, to this day I still haven’t received my order and Skynet is the delivery company, they didn’t send a message for customs fee and they don’t send any information on where is my delivery and how long is it going to take, the deadline for the customs fee has exceeded, I tried calling, it says the numbers don’t exist, I tried sending an email, they never rep**** even on WhatsApp so I don’t know what to do now
