Complaint

I am TOTALLY disgusted with Skynet Courier Services South Africa. Been waiting since Monday for a parcel. I complained more than once via email with them then I was sent a tracking number and told that my parcel would be delivered today, I emailed them again because I saw that it's near closing of business at my workplace but they did not come, I even asked security to keep an eye on them and alert me when they arrive, what makes me more upset is that their drivers have not made any contact with me of they where getting lost or something, I did not receive any SMS, Whatsapp message or any call.

I am so livid because my parcel will bo back where I bought it and it's going to be another long process.
