Complain

I sell Avon and the company used to courier our orders was Fastway whisch I recommend now they moved to Skynet. They mixed up orders and sent incorrect boxes. They dont want to take responsibility now because my mom signed for the box but what amazes me is they came back for the box but they haven't sent mine and I'm charged for the order. When I call them I couldn't get through for 30minutes waiting for someone to answer their phones, I sent an email with no reply and on WhatsApp they dont assist at all.
