Complain about my oder

A month ago i oder from Temu i paid my customs then they told me they cant find my address the same i address a gave to Buffalo they delivered my staff that i ordered after Skynet but im still waiting till today ... Im wondering that how did Buffalo find the address but Skynet can't find. After all i WhatsApp them and gave them the addresses again but im still waiting now i wonder what must i do now to get the things that i have paid for already
