Companies need to do better!

I honestly don’t understand why companies still use this courier company, especially with a trust index this low. Imagine missing a work day because you’re expecting a delivery and no one else could receive it for you. You would have received an SMS that morning confirming that your parcel would be delivered that day, and you waited hopefully. They obviously did not arrive, nor did they communicate this with you. What a waste of my time! 1 star is even too much to give! Next time, ask me to come fetch it myself from your depot, I think that would prove to be more efficient.
