COMMUNICATION DOESN'T EXIST

Customer Service DOESN'T EXIST. They don't answer the phone How the hell are you suppose to communicate with them when there is clearly no one working there. 35MINUTES still no answer. I can't understand why any company still uses Skynet for anything absolutely USELESS
