Communication / customer service non-existent

Pathetic customer service. I have written confirmation that they will deliver to an alternate address due to being unavailable (requested 3-4 days before scheduled delivery), then the driver calls me 4 times during a family funeral and scolds me the next day that he couldn't reach me.

I will never use this courier as I wouldn't want the receiver to be subject to this kind of treatment.
