Clearly does not want new business

Trying to do an on line collection where they bill your credit card is a night mare. I'm trying to do a collection from Durbanville to Boksburg. Your system does not work, keeps on giving errors when it comes to verifying the e mail address. Can someone please give me a call as your call centre refers me back to the online system that does not work and the person who deals with it is no where to be found.
