Claiming to delivery when it is not the case
I am a UNISA student and have experienced nothing but horrible service from Skynet thus far.

My study material was assigned for delivery yesterday. At 19.00 I checked the status of my delivery online and the notes were: returned consignee not available. That is absolutely not true! I have someone at home the entire day and I was home at the time stipulated online. This morning I called the company on ***, explained my story and was told I had to speak to the manager, thereafter I was transferred to a number which does not even ring and after a few seconds, the call gets disconnected.I phoned back again and exactly the same thing happened. Thereafter, I phoned head office :*** What a joke! The person who answered asked me to hold before I could even speak and thereafter just gave me the number of Cape Town without even listening to me. I said I phoned them and they did not assist. She just continued to give me another number for Cape Town.
If your institution aims to make money off Unisa by claiming to falsely re-deliver goods! Don't do so at the detriment of my studies!
