Car disc poor delivery time

Poor service,since I renewed my cars disc via Capitec bank app till today they haven’t delivered and it was scanned at the branch last week friday.Capitec promised delivery of between 3 to 5 working days but its been 10 days now.when i call they don’t answer just waste of airtime while kept holding
