Car Disc License Delivery

Very poor service. I renewed my car’s disc licence and Skynet Worldwide Express Elandsfontein failed to deliver it to my address. It’s been more than 17 days now. I gave them my work address and contact details. On the 04/07/2024 they claimed that the driver came to deliver and went back after the working hours we had agreed on, without even contacting me. They promised to deliver my disc at work today, again I received no phone call. When I visited the link it just shows an update by the driver which says “bad address”, I don’t even know what that means!!! This update was done way after my working hours. This is annoying really. I was not even contacted. What’s the use of them taking my contact numbers if they are not going to use them. I waited the whole day hoping they would call, but nuh. This is so unprofessional.
