Capitec sent my vehicle renewal licence through them

Capitec sent my vehicle renewal licence through them. Their system keeps on saying the parcel is Out for Delivery since the 17th December 2024, everyday they refresh this, but the parcel is not arriving. I can't get through any of the contact details. There is no response in the WhatsApp, website bot Samantha and even email. I waited about an hour calling them, no one takes the call.
