CAPE TOWN - WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!
WORST courier company EVER! Do the world a favor and close your business. My wife was promised a package before valentines day. According to tracking number, the parcel was out for delivery on 10/02/2022, and the consignee was not available. But guess what... SHE IS HOME 24HRS OF The DAY! Then it showed out for delivery on 15/02/2022 (day AFTER valentines day) and guess what.... Still no delivery.
And don't even try to get hold of them telephonically... One number does not exist, and the other just rings!
So... Lying about delivery, not delivering as promised and not communicating to their customers... Absolutely ridiculous!
