Can’t win with Skynet.

Placed an order a week ago . Received the tracking information last week saying my order will be delivered today the 20th January. I checked the delivery status and the parcel was out for delivery. Whole day I kept checking the tracking information and tried to make sure someone could accept my parcel. I tried to do the live chat thing as well( to find out if my parcel will be delivered ) and no one responded to me. I tried to phone and no one answered. Only for me to check the status of my parcel at 20h00 and it shows ‘ Delivery failed attempt Delivery Exception: Consignee not available’ but NO DELIVERY TRUCK/PERSON was at the address to deliver my parcel. Skynet you have some explaining to do. Honestly this is not okay
