Can't complain about the service because there is mkn

I am waiting for a parcel sent through Pargo for 5 days now. Every time I call I am told they are so sorry and the parcel will be delivered that day. The next day I have to call again. Hearing the same thing again. I contacted Skynet, they told me the address is corrected and the parcel will go out for delivery. And still nothing. This is the 8th day that I am waiting for service which just does not exist. I am starting to think my parcel was ******
