Cannot understand why Skynet still in BUSINESS???

After reading these very negative reviews on this Skynet couriers, and of cos this is only when I could not get honest answers, calling about 20 times, on hold for 30 min max, on most of the calls, only to be told the same old story, I will be receiving my parcel today....it took them 3 days from leaving the depot, which is 25min drive, from me, (understanding, I'm not the only recipient) to receive my parcel, but this only cos of the numerous calls I made. Driver, arrives unmarked, old bakkie with No number plates. (Clearly a 3rd party in the delivery). I do Not understand why this company does not do something about this???? I am sure you are reading your reviews, and yet...nothing changes. Absolutely Pathetic. I hope these big organizations take their businesses somewhere else!!!!
