Cannot contact Skynet

There is just NO WAY to contact Skynet! This is NOT good business practice at all. They have NO way to query a payment. I ordered clothing and got my notice from Skynet for the duties payable. Their system would not allow me to pay this. I tried contacting Skynet and Temu with NO success at all! I paid for the products and then finally I paid the duties after weeks of struggle and I do NOT have any confirmation of any of this. I have sent both Temu and Skynet emails with no success…. Just stupid automated replies! I will NEVER EVER order from Temu again because I did NOT have a choice of courier and do not want to do business with Skynet. You guys are not interested in business at all! Absolutely disgusting! I emailed *** and NOTHING!!!!! NO RESPONSE!!!!! If you call them then you are No. 58 in the cue…. Who has got airtime to hold onto a call for so long???? I tried using the callback system and they have NEVER called me back!
