Cancelled my return after collecting the items

<p>Skynet courier was due to collect 4 of my returns to Takealot. They automatically queued them to be collected over 2 days. However, when the Skynet courier came the first time, he said he can return all the items. Not a problem, he said.</p> <p> </p> <p>But then when the second Skynet courier came the next day and there were no parcels, he cancelled the return with Takealot, thereby setting off this pathetic chain of events.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot refuses to refund me because I cannot prove that the courier collected the items. But the Skynet courier did not provide me with any documentation when he did the collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>So what am I supposed to do now? Skynet needs to take responsibility too.</p> <p> </p>
