Call themselves a couriers service? In their dreams!

I ordered my vehicle licence disc from Natis on 24th June. Natis promptly processed it and it was in the Skynet depot in Durban on the 26th June. On the 27th June at Midnight, I received a message from Skynet to say it was on its way. On Friday the 28th June at 8.20 pm. I received a message to say it was out for delivery that day - ridiculous! On Monday 1st July I phoned Skynet and was told it was out for the next day. It was not delivered. It still (5th July) has not been delivered - I have been sitting at home for a week waiting . I have spent hundreds of Rands on phone calls. Today I phoned Natis and the rep. phoned me back, she had spoken to the manager of Skynet and I MIGHT get it today! It is not a free servive, it costs R99 for delivery, I fear there is something radically amiss with Skynet, as according to the Natis agent, I am not the only one who is waiting for their disc !
